Can women handle being told you only want to be friends

Well I just don't get it these days. I think that I have been pretty good these days. I have calmed down alot. I have pretty much decided to be just friends with some certain people. The problem with that is that why is it fine for women to say they just want to be friends, but if a guy says it then its a problem. And the funny thing about it is that I don't want to be a friend with benefits. I don't want to do nothing regular friends don't do. I was messing with this one girl I do admit and we decided that we would be friends with benefits. Well I removed the benefit part from it and now she is pissed. Lawd someone help me. I wasn't mean about it, didn't just delete her number or block her from calling. Simply said i was looking for more than that. It did kind of mess things up when she finally told me she had a man. I am not with the drama so I really had to cut it off. Anyways lady please tell me why is it fine for you to say it and not us guys. Just like a woman can tell a guy no to having sex, but let a guy tell a woman that and he better run for his life. LOL

OK ladies need help here

Ok so I have to ask the ladies this question. Well first let me explain. I have this girl that I pretty much am not interested in talking to any more. Her personality sucks and I just can't see myself talking more than 2 mins with her anymore. I have tried the nice approach and stated that we could still be friends, everyone should know what that means. I tried the mean approach and told her to delete my number out of her phone. This girl just won't stop. She says she will just be friends, but still wants to have sex. I told her no more sex and she got pissed. Anyways now I am getting the whole I really want to be with you speech, I really like you, I don't want to be without you. Dammit a second ago you just wanted to be friends and now can't live without me. The funnier thang to this story is I have only known her for a lil over a week. Now I dont want u to think that I just sex'd her and then moved on. This girl is truly annoying. She has already questioned me on who I was talking to on the phone. Tried to pick up my cell and scroll through my calls, told me that I wouldn't be able to have alot of other female friends. I am sensing a chemical imbalance here.

So I guess my question is how do I get rid of my stalker. If I don't answer my phone she will keep calling and calling and calling and calling, then she hits me up on the direct connect. I am open to any ideas. Please help me.
